Vaccines — The Organizing Committee for the Trials would like to strongly encourage all those that are able to receive the COVID vaccine to get one as soon as possible. This is an extremely important point, so please share this message with your athletes, other team staff and parents. This will be a comprehensive document that will outline all the steps related to pre-travel testing, testing while in Omaha, on-site mitigation plans and the dispute resolution process in case there is a positive test.
All athletes will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging their compliance with this plan prior to competing in Omaha. If you have an athlete that is on the cusp of reaching a Wave II time standard, we recommend waiting to submit that entry until you are confident of which Wave they will be in, as this will avoid duplicate charges and extra work from you.
