We have two programs to choose from:. Some truck drivers use the bonuses as a down payment to purchase a truck; others use it for extras and sign up for another 1-year lease. Either way, you get all the advantages of being an owner operator in a quick and manageable program. Or, if you already own your own truck, you can begin enjoying all the advantages of an ATS owner operator right away. You also want a place you know will be around when you show up to work tomorrow.

Things happen. That is why your lease contains a renewal option so that you can rent for a 2nd or even 3rd year if needed. As described above, your Purchase Price is set when your lease begins. We will also ask the mortgage lender to contribute towards closing. Dream America pays all upfront closing costs which are then included in the Acquisition Price. You will pay all closing costs when you qualify for a mortgage and purchase your Dream home. You can get an estimate of closing costs from a mortgage lender.

We do require anyone interested in lease purchasing to be a company driver for at least 90 days. During that day period, we pay cents per mile depending on experience. We require drivers to have at least 2 years of driving experience. No way! We pay you the same as we pay other owner operators.
