Storage includes pre-owned, brand name metal and wood bookcase, pre-owned brand name metal vertical and lateral file cabinets, and pre-owned, brand name desks and tables. This warranty is given to the initial purchaser and is valid for a period of 10 ten years to the original purchaser from the purchase date.

The warranty, which runs from the date of purchase covers defects in materials and craftsmanship found during standard commercial use of the products during the warranty period.

Standard commercial use is defined as the proper usage by individual s who work an 8 eight hour, single shift work day. If a product is defective and if written notice of the defect is given to NOL within the Applicable Warranty Period, NOL at its option will either repair or replace the defective product with comparable component or product.

When repairing or replacing a defective product, NOL does not guarantee matching color, grain, texture or dye lots. This warranty does not cover the cost of freight, transportation, installation or labor.

NOL makes no warranty that any its products are suitable for any particular purpose and makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth here. In no event shall NOL be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation, labor, field service or delivery charge. NOL does not guarantee the matching of colors, grain or texture. A product will not be considered defective, and NOL will not be obligated to replace it, if it is not installed in a proper manner i.
