Mick It's not Windows, but your lack of understanding with how computers works, is the reason why you are having problems. To be honest with you, what you have done is comprised security to make tasklist work by disabling the firewall Also, the fact that you had to "assign" a password to the user account which indicates no password existed in the first place is probably another reason why you should not go around killing processes in the first place.
